NeXel – ADENTIS' turnkey project unit – was responsible for the Digital Transformation process at Ei! – the immigration advisory company that provides immigration support services. The team, made up of versatile professionals with market experience, developed an Information System that supports all its operational activity. The management of customers, partners, customer legalization processes, decision support dashboards, recording of financial information, were some of the functionalities worked on.

Process steps

This solution makes it possible to replace the daily work previously recorded in Excel with a solution that is more adequate to the growing dimension that EI has been facing. After an exhaustive analysis of the existing processes and the identification of bottlenecks, opportunities for improvement were identified. Existing processes were worked on, making them more agile and traceable, which allowed not only to reduce runtime, but also to increase the productivity and reliability of information.

Data protection and security, ensuring compliance with the data protection law, was one of the priorities in the development process.

Implementation

NeXel followed an agile methodology, with a strong user involvement at all stages. This way, their involvement ensured the collection of inputs that allowed them to increase their adhesion to the platform, reducing the normal resistance in projects of this nature and the period of training and adaptation to the new system. This was NeXel's first project, which started in January this year.
