The first point addressed was the impossibility of technology completely replacing the health professional. Although the symbiosis between the two factors allows for a greater and more accelerated development of medicine, the experience and knowledge of a professional remains the distinguishing factor in the event of errors or false negatives.

The impossibility of the algorithm recognizing a disease for which it was not trained is one of its main constraints. In addition, there is still clinical skepticism, which is a brake on the development of AI.
