ADENTIS launches today ADENTIS Connect, its first ambassador program – with the purpose of bringing 20 higher education students closer to the reality of the Innovation and Technology job market. In addition to contacting professionals, the selected participants will have access to a training plan throughout the year that will develop skills for their entry into the job market. ADENTIS Connect will allow students to understand what the work dynamics in an IT company are. Given this proximity ecosystem – and since they will also be able to participate in our internal events – those selected will also deepen their network of contacts”, says João Gomes, Chief Operations Officer at Adentis. “The ambassadors will also carry out a practical experience during the program”. Applications will be open until July 31st. This is followed by the interview phase that will take place during September, with the announcement of the selected ones taking place at the end of that month. The onboarding will take place in person, in Lisbon and Porto, on October 10th. The program will be active for nine months. With the ambassadors, ADENTIS wants to get even closer to university education and understand what the main issues of students in relation to the job market and their professional future are. “The selected ones will be our voice in higher education institutions in different parts of the country and will help us understand the main difficulties that their colleagues have in planning their careers”. Make informed career choices, as well as the dissemination of opportunities will be other of the ambassadors' missions. Candidates must be attending a bachelor's or master's degree in the areas of Engineering, Management, Informatics, Business Intelligence or similar.
